Stable One (Main Barn)

This is the barn for stallions and only stallions. We have six stalls in this barn and that's all.

But it doesn't contain all of our stallions, but exclusively Dutch Warmblood and breeds that can be crossed with Dutch Warmblood to make Dutch Warmbloods.

We train them, but only to compete with them or put them up for stud. That is the purpose of the horses at this barn. Mostly we don't sell them either, but that CAN happen too.

Stable Two

This is the barn for mares of the breed Dutch Warmblood, and other breeds that can be crossed with it to make/breed Dutch Warmblood.

But these mares are not only for breeding, but for competing too. We ride them to get them ready for competing as much as possible.

Stable Three

Stable Three is for Knabstrups (or other spotted breeds like Appaloosa, British Warmblood and so on). The barn consists of only six stalls, with two of them occupied by our only spotted horses: Our two Knabstrups. Only Classical, one Sports Horse.

But sometimes, if there isn't any space at Stable Five, you will find other breeds here, temporary. You will also find private horses owned by our staff/riders here.

Stable Four

This barn is for Thoroughbreds only (or crosses of that breed). Here we have both stallions, mares and geldings, which means it's a mixed gender barn.

But that's really not a problem at all, as the horses are used to each other, which makes it easier for for example a stallion to compete a place with mares, as he is used to the smell/scent.

There isn't much to say about the barn though, other than the fact that it has six stalls as all of our other barns have.

Horses in training are horses bought only with the reason to sell them again will be placed here and trained, so they can be ready for their new home.

If you have your horse at our training stable (Kilborn Training Center), you will be updated weekly over a month (for example the month of May). You will get between three and five pictures of your horse with stories about how he is doing.
